Fleet Administration

With just a single monthly statement, your administration will be significantly reduced. With us monitoring and vetting all repair costs and operating a strict authorisation process, our experience and expertise can offer overall improved control and efficiency of your company vehicles while providing driver support on your behalf. Road fund Licences Renewals, Fixed Penalty Notices and Parking Fine administration can also be included depending on vehicle registration details.

Service Management

Providing access to over 8000 approved garages across the UK and 200 Premier sites offering discounted labour rates and up to 10% on parts. We can Provide real time monitoring of service events, report on progress for major jobs and schedule reminders to ensure servicing is carried out on time.

Tyre Management

Your drivers have access to Nationwide sites such as Kwik-Fit and ATS Euromaster offering fast repair or replacement wherever it is needed with over 170 Mobile fitting units. Discounted offers are available for our Business Drive Card users.

Glass Management

In the event of damaged or broken glass, we aim to get your vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. With our network of preferred emergency glass suppliers, there are over 140 glass replacement sites and over 1100 mobile units in the UK giving your drivers access to the most comprehensive network 24 hours a day.

Vehicle Hire

We have access to a wide range of hire cars and LCV's. We can arrange the best rates for hire on your behalf offering a cost affective solution to keep your drivers on the move.

Breakdown & Recovery

The AA, RAC and Green Flag are all recognised national recovery services. Your drivers have access to Roadside Assistance & Recovery including Home Start weather you have a policy in place or not. This is operated on a pay as you go scheme so if you don't break down you don't pay! We can also negotiate policy rates with major suppliers on your behalf if you so wish.

Driver Support

Support for Breakdown and Glass Repair 24 Hours, 7 Days a week. Our Driver Support Line is also open during normal office hours to answer any questions your driver may have relating to their company vehicle. Drivers are also provided with a Drivers Handbook detailing all processes and requirements in any event from booking services to Road Traffic Accidents.

Management Reporting

If required, we can provide reports to advise of any avoidable costs, savings made from vetting requests for Service, Maintenance and Repair, Spend on fleet over a given period, Low Cost Vehicles, possible vehicle abuse and vehicles overdue for servicing.

Vehicle Preparation and De-Fleet

Avoid high reconditioning charges and fines from leasing companies when vehicles are returned at the end of their contracts. We will take care of your vehicle reconditioning in line with BVLRA guidelines, to ensure your vehicles are returned to leasing companies in a state of fair wear and tear with no unexpected bills.
